Welcome to KillerFit Gym. We have created a gym in our garage, geared towards heavy lifting and CrossFit type workouts. Here we will post information that we hope will be helpful to anyone wanting to set up, and be successful in, an at-home gym.
Here we believe in working hard to earn your fit and healthy body. Nobody is perfect, and we all struggle at times, but the key is to always get back on track, work hard, and do the things that work for you and that help you reach your goals.
