Bettering Myself

My New Years Resolution was to get back at it….make myself better, get stronger, get more involved in CrossFit and the Community, do more seminars and classes to improve my skills and gain more knowledge, and Volunteer more often. I am making good strides with keeping with my resolution. I’ve taken a CrossFit Judging class, an online Judging Certification course, an Olympic Lifting class, a Gymnastics class, I’ve Volunteered for a two-day event, and I’m working out consistently each week.

I feel good about doing more and where I’m headed this year. I’m looking forward to all the events coming up that I can participate in and Volunteer for, as well as the things I can learn and do to better myself and my skill set.

If you aren’t growing, you are stagnating or declining. We don’t just stay the same if we do nothing. It takes effort to learn, grow and improve yourself. At times we may not believe we are worth the effort, and so do nothing. But we ARE worth the effort. Do something today that makes you feel good about yourself… something that may challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and try something you don’t know if you can do or not.

Become a better version of yourself today!
