Day 3 and still staying on track. Feeling tired and sluggish but that is to be expected when detoxing. Detoxing is miserable in the beginning but worth it in the end. I’m looking forward to the days when I start feeling energetic again!

12 Pull ups
Finished in probably my worst time ever, 14:14. But that is ok because once I’m through the detox phase everything will get better! I’m looking forward to getting my act together this year and making it the best year yet!
