Killer WOD today! I guess that is appropriate for KillerFit Gym!!!
We are continuing to follow along with CrossFit PURE‘s programming, and plan to keep up with them during their entire Challenge for at least four workouts a week, the only difference being our focus of Wendler exercises will be Bench Press instead of Power Cleans. We will follow everything else as closely as possible. Our plan is Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri. I’ll be throwing in some running during the week, and either a weekend run, race, competition or workout. So far we are having fun and feeling great! It is so good having a plan and some goals again! WOO HOO!
