WOD:
Burpee Sit up Down/Up Ladder

Start with 20 Burpees and 1 Sit up, traverse the ladder by 1’s – down on Burpees up by Sit ups.
For example:
20 Burpees, 1 Sit up
19 Burpees, 2 Sit ups
18 Burpees, 3 Sit ups

…. and so on towards the end ….

3 Burpees, 18 Sit ups
2 Burpees, 19 Sit ups
1 Burpee, 20 Sit ups
